Stayed here for a night while visiting family - room was clean and surprisingly quiet above the pub. Staff were friendly from the get-go and quick to sort out our shower issue when the hot water cut out briefly. Not fancy, but professional and responsive. Breakfast was solid, though coffee extras cost a bit extra. Overall, a good, no-fuss stopover.
