Had a persistent damp patch in the downstairs lounge and Newseal were quick to get back to me. Someone came out within a week, explained the options clearly and kept me updated when a delay meant ordering specialist material. The team turned up on time, worked tidily and checked we were happy before leaving. End result looks great.
