Had a thorough eye test today and felt totally at ease. Communication was clear - someone explained every step without rushing me. They spotted a slight irritation I didn’t notice and helped adjust my contact lens fit perfectly. Professional but friendly service, with follow-up advice that actually helped. Really appreciated how they balanced care and efficiency.
